Zippy Wing Sauce
Leave out the crushed red pepper and hot sauce if you do not want any heat.
Serves: about 2½ cups
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • ⅜ cup prepared mustard
  • ⅛ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1½ tsp flour
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • a few drops of hot sauce or to taste
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for about an hour. A wonderful sauce for any type of chicken.
